​​​​Welcome! I'm Heather, a mom, perinatal nurse, doula, educator and bodyworker devoted to the sacred art of caring for families. My work blends clinical skill with support and rhythm, honoring the stories and intuition we hold in our bodies. Private sessions weave together massage, yoga and intentional movement with labor support techniques and supportive education. Whether preparing for birth or tending to your postpartum recovery I am honored to help you find space to honor this season, connect with your body and listen to your own knowing.

Integrative body work session combining physical assessment with massage, trigger point therapy, intentional positioning, yoga postures and tools to connect to your body in preparation for birth
