​​​​Welcome! I'm Heather, a mom, perinatal nurse, doula, educator and bodyworker devoted to the sacred art of caring for families. My work blends clinical skill with support and rhythm, honoring the stories and intuition we hold in our bodies. Private sessions weave together massage, yoga and intentional movement with labor support techniques and supportive education. Whether preparing for birth or tending to your postpartum recovery I am honored to help you find space to honor this season, connect with your body and listen to your own knowing.

Birth Ready Body Work
Integrative body work session combining physical assessment with massage, trigger point therapy, intentional positioning, yoga postures and tools to connect to your body in preparation for birth
Birth Partner Session
In this session you and your birth support person will learn physical support techniques including massage and comfort measures for labor. You'll practice movement and connection in preparation for your birth story
Postpartum Body Work
Massage and yoga postures for the recovering postnatal body. Lactation assistance and newborn massage education also available.
